Netvision 360 Security Group will be showcasing its newest mobile video surveillance trailer with license plate recognition at booth number 5457 during this year’s IACP Annual Conference and Exposition in San Diego. The LPR trailer was designed with the specific needs of law enforcement customers in mind and was built upon Netvision’s existing and proven mobile surveillance platform. With 900 watts of solar power, a large battery bank and optional generator, Netvision’s trailer is a true standalone platform which can support two PTZ cameras, an LPR, cellular communications, and onboard NVR while still maintaining a continuous run-time.
License plate recognition is an image processing technology used to identify vehicles by their license plates. Utilizing algorithms in order to identify a license plate, the camera takes a clear image, translates its characters and identifies the state where the plate was issued. Netvision 360 partners with industry LPR leaders like Genetec, Vigilant Solutions and PlateSmart to provide its customers with a fully customized end-to-end surveillance solution.
With over ten years of experience, Netvision has gained an extensive understanding of its law enforcement customers’ unique needs and is looking forward to demonstrating its capability to exceed those needs through its innovative and market leading mobile surveillance trailers and pole mount systems. Netvision 360 will be exhibiting at booth 5457 from October 15-18 at IACP 2016. This year’s event will take place at the San Diego Convention Center.
