Enticing visitors after they pass through registration, the collaborative space showcases a large fabric pavilion housing an indoor room setting – communicating the interior uses for the soft and luxurious fabric – as well as an outdoor deck to demonstrate how those same fabrics have the performance characteristics required for today’s homes – fade proof, easy care and bleach cleanability.
“We wanted to create a showhouse experience that will surprise people when they walk into the building,” said Stacy Senior Allan, marketing director for Thibaut. “Our exclusive Sunbrella fabrics are a designer-level product that is not only soft and beautiful, but also durable.”
Blue and white, a timeless color combination, ground the joint effort which follows the successful spring launch of Thibaut’s Calypso collection– the second collection of Sunbrella fabrics for the company which also offers the Portico collection. Fabrics from both collections are featured in the High Point space.

In addition to Sunbrella fabric, the space highlights Thibaut trademark wallpaper in an artistic display.
“We’ve always been known for our wallpaper,” Senior Allan said. “Our wallpaper art installation pays homage to our heritage in a new and exciting way. Plus, it coordinates perfectly with the Sunbrella fabrics.”
The Thibaut and Sunbrella collaborative space is located at the entrance to the Suites at Market Square. The companies are conducting giveaways (two per day) for a custom-made tote bag featuring pattern Catalina; simply visit the shared space and drop off a business card. Market attendees who visit both the shared space and the Thibaut showroom, suite 260 in Market Square, will receive a free Thibaut gift made out of Sunbrella fabric (while supplies last).
