The only certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in the Philadelphia region, the new office is led by Managing Director Brian K. Edmonds and provides full-service commercial real estate brokerage services throughout the Greater Philadelphia market.

Bringing over 30-years of commercial real estate experience, and 13-years of measurable success building the Concordis brand in the Philadelphia market, Edmonds looks to SVN’s collaborative model and cutting-edge CRE tools to take SVN | The Concordis Group to the next level.
