West Hartford, CT (PRWEB) October 18, 2016
Tony Horton, Shaun T, Sagi Kalev. These are just a few names that have echoed throughout the nation and helped millions of people take their lives from normal, to extraordinary. In a nationwide search, twenty of America’s best personal trainers were chosen to compete to make as big of an impact as their predecessors in Beachbody's, The 20’s. One of them being Connecticut's own Joe Carabase, creator and owner of m.e.l.t. Fitness Studios. After weeks of narrowing down the competition, Joe is one of the top three finalists this week!
Joe grew up in Hartford, CT and started working out at a young age to improve his confidence after being bullied. Once he realized the power behind making a commitment to improving himself both mentally and physically, he made it his life’s mission to help others do the same.
After gaining all of this knowledge and experience training all over the world (as far as Australia) Joe decided to start his own fitness studio, m.e.l.t. (more energy, less time) Fitness Studio, and has now been named by USA Today as one of the “World's Fitness Elite Trainer’s of the Year”. His gyms, located in West Hartford, Simsbury, South Windsor, and Glastonbury, Connecticut, have been ranked by The Hartford Magazine as Hartford’s “Best Fitness Center or Gym” for 2016. In his thirty minute workout program, Joe focuses on helping people get the most out of their workout in the shortest amount of time to accommodate their busy lives.
As a former athlete, Joe got his knee reconstructed three times and as a result became arthritic in both knees. His Dr said he would never run or lift weights again, among several other things but after years of studying joint integrity, Joe was able to include use mobility to train pain free and do things the Dr. never thought he could again.
Joe’s programs are high intensity but low impact and are designed for people of all fitness levels to get you in the best shape of your life, pain free.
If selected as the Next BeachBody Super Trainer, Joe will receive a contract to build his BeachBody Fitness Program and not only continue to change people's lives, but reach a much wider audience and make a positive impact on millions of people. If you would like to be a part of Joe’s story and help him achieve this lifelong goal, you can go to the20s.com and vote for him up to five times a day there, and on Facebook by creating any post with the hashtags, #voteteamJoe and #BOD20s. Voting is this week until Friday, October 20th at 11:59 PM.
If you want to reach out to Joe and be part of the m.e.l.t. family, you can reach him at joe(at)meltworkout(dot)com.
