Whitsons Culinary Group, a leading foodservice management company that serves school districts throughout the northeast, is pleased to announce its launch and distribution of organic school garden units as part of their school garden program, Elmers Organic Garden, to all school districts Whitsons services.
On October 24th, 2016, the new organic indoor garden units will be distributed as a promotion for school gardens and for use as an educational resource for students to learn how produce is grown. Vegetables grown from the units can also be incorporated into school meals. The units are portable and can be kept indoors and placed either standing or mounted.
