Esker Webinar to Explore Key Findings from Total Economic Impact™ Study
Madison, WI (PRWEB) October 20, 2016 -- Esker, a worldwide leader in document process automation solutions and pioneer in cloud computing, announced today that U.S. Chief Operating Officer Steve Smith will present a webinar on Forrester Consulting’s Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) analysis of the company with guest speaker Jonathan Lipsitz, a Forrester TEI project director. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. CDT. Registration is now open.
The commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Esker was published in August and addresses the financial effects of automating order processing to gain efficiency and visibility throughout the supply chain. In compiling the study, Forrester interviewed two unnamed Esker customers: a medical device manufacturer and a home security equipment manufacturer. Forrester then synthesized a composite organization that struggled to manually process 140,000 orders per year and suffered from limited visibility into workloads and order status, order entry errors and customer and salesperson complaints before adopting Esker’s solution. Based on this analysis, Forrester identified the cost, benefit, flexibility and risk factors that are relevant to organizations considering implementing Esker’s order processing solution.
Attend this live webinar to learn more about the study and the benefits actual users reaped, including:
• Order processing time decreased from 8 minutes to 2 minutes
• Error rates reduced, resulting in a $1.56 million risk-adjusted savings
• Increased customer experience ratings and CSR job satisfaction
“We commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate our order processing solution, because its TEI methodology is trusted, comprehensive and objective,” said Smith. “During the webinar I hope to educate participants about how Esker’s solution can affect the bottom line by improving visibility, workforce optimization and customer satisfaction.”
