Tampa, FL (PRWEB) October 20, 2016
Bridging Medical Access announces the appointment of Mark Poling as CEO, and immediate availability of an integrated telehealth platform, connecting patients and physicians through web and mobile devices.
About the CEO
Mr. Poling began working in telemedicine over 20 years ago, designing and developing an analog based telemedicine platform for Telemedicine Systems Corp. Later in his career, he was a cofounder of Connecture, and then started Colibrium, successfully growing the company to 450 employees before selling the company to Hinduja Global Solutions in 2014. “We are excited for Mark to lead our company, as we launch our cloud-based telehealth solution,” said Wayne Orkin, Chairman of Bridging Medical Access.
Overcoming Disparate Physician Administrative Systems
Physician practices struggle with multiple platforms for onsite patient scheduling, online video consultations, medical records management and patient advertising. “Bridging Medical Access offers a HIPAA-compliant, secure technology platform to streamline all of these transactions. As a result, our web and mobile application helps reduce costs and increase access, delivering a real-time experience for managing onsite and online care,” said Mark Poling, CEO. “I am pleased to join this transformative company,” he added.
An Integrated Telehealth Platform
Bridging Medical Access was founded to meet the needs of the projected $36 billion telehealth market. The company developed a turnkey SaaS solution, including an online portal, telehealth, online scheduler for in-office and online visits, online marketing automation, medical record storage capabilities, patient advertising, payment integrations and E-prescribing services. “Our goal is to help patients navigate their care, while supporting physicians with a more efficient way to care for and treat more patients,” said Mr. Poling.
