2016 has been a very successful year for the car raffle, with approximately 800 tickets more sold than last year.

The hospice recently held its second annual Car Raffle and Fuel Card Services general manager Tom Cosway was on hand last month to present lucky winner Graham Hill from Clitheroe with the keys to a new Mini.
Offering palliative care and support to individuals and their families dealing with life-limiting illnesses, the exemplary work of the staff at the hospice can only continue through the goodwill of the public, with fundraising events such as this essential to its future operation.
It is therefore excellent news that this year's Car Raffle raised in excess of £26,000 for the hospice.
After this year's raffle draw, fundraiser Vikki Bassek commented: "2016 has been a very successful year for the car raffle, with approximately 800 tickets more sold than last year.
"We'd like to sincerely thank the sponsors of our Car Raffle, Alderson and Horan, Burnley and Pendle Freemasons, Charter Walk, John Macadams, Fuel Card Services and Lloyds who supply the Mini."
The fundraising doesn't stop there though, as our very own Tom will be running the London Marathon in support of Pendleside Hospice next year. We think you'll agree that this is a simply fantastic cause, and more details will follow!
