GetApp Releases Ranking of the Top Field Service Management Solutions for Q4 2016
Barcelona, Spain (PRWEB) October 21, 2016 -- HouseCall Pro stayed in the top spot in GetApp’s ranking of the top 25 FSM solutions for Q4 2016. GeoOp followed behind in second place, while mHelpDesk came in third.
The Category Leader ranking is calculated by using five different data points. Each data point is worth 20 points, and the highest possible overall score that an app can attain is 100. The data points are user reviews on GetApp, Android and iOS availability combined with average user ratings from the Play and App stores, security, application integrations, and media presence. The ranking provides a starting point for people looking into purchasing an FSM solution.
“Strong scores of 19 in user reviews and application security put HouseCall Pro squarely in first place with a total of 86. In second place was GeoOp with a score of 81, which had an 18 in integrations. Just one point behind in third place with a score of 80 was mHelpDesk, which also boasted 18 points for its integrations. Jobber wasn’t far behind with a total of 79 to put it in fourth place, followed by Repsly Mobile CRM in fifth place with a score of 76,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager for the ranking.
