Vocalcom outstripped its competitors by a solid 20 points for a well-deserved first place position

Vocalcom has once again retained the top spot in GetApp’s ranking of the top 25 Call Center solutions for Q4 2016, with Aircall in second place, and Talkdesk taking third.

GetApp’s Category Leader ranking is designed to provide an overview of the best software solutions for business owners, based on five distinct data points. These include the number and average rating of user reviews, software integrations, security features, mobile app availability and ratings, and media presence. Each data point carries a potential of 20 points, and apps are scored out of a total of 100.

“Vocalcom outstripped its competitors by a solid 20 points for a well-deserved first place position,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager for the ranking. “Its high reviews scores, number of integrations, and a strong media presence have helped it keeps its top spot in the ranking over the past seven quarters. Newcomer Aircall deserves a mention for debuting in second place for this quarter’s ranking, scoring a perfect 20 points for reviews, while Talkdesk achieved the same score for its integrations to land in third place.”
