Most offices now carry wine and beer in their fridges. “To add a level of automation to our corporate services, we partnered with Stripe payments to setup recurring monthly billing solutions for the wine that is automatically delivered and re-stocked in office lounges and kitchens” explained Chris. Office managers only need to describe their preferences for the first month and Glassful’s systems which employ a degree of machine learning, begins to understand their preferences over time and optimizes ordering frequency as well as preferences.

As a bonus feature, all corporate clients of Glassful are assigned a personal wine concierge for custom gifting and event orders. “Another key pain point our clients voiced was the complexity in understanding how much wine they needed to order for a holiday office party or large scale event” said Tony.
