Project Profile: Cape Coral Army Reserve Center
This project consisted of a 37,500 square-foot training and administration building with a muster room, an 8,000 square-foot vehicle maintenance shop with a vehicle exhaust removal system, a 1,500 square-foot storage building, and a 100-space parking lot. The Cape Coral Army Reserve Center includes administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, and physical fitness area for six Army Reserve units, consisting of approximately 300 soldiers. Located in Fort Myers, Florida, the project received the USACE's District Safety Award for upholding outstanding safety procedures, resulting in a safe work environment for everyone involved.
Project Profile: Binghamton Army Reserve Center
This 33,000 square-foot training center includes a kitchen, assembly hall, classrooms, a 2,150 square-foot weapons simulation training room, a reinforced-concrete arms vault, a physical fitness room, a common room, and a library for study. The 8,000 square-foot organizational maintenance shop includes a work bay with three overhead rolling doors, an overhead bridge crane, an overhead vehicle tailpipe exhaust system, offices, storage rooms, a separate mechanical room, and in-floor radiant and infrared heating systems. JKC also constructed a 1,370 square-foot unheated storage facility with parking. The facilities are located in Nichols, New York, and the project received an "exceptional" rating for safety.

Project Profile: Army National Guard Training Center Complex
This project consisted of the construction of a 149,000 square-foot administrative and dormitory facility, including 148 billet rooms for lodging, administrative offices, supply rooms, and medical rooms. The facility is located in Fort Carson, Colorado, and the project received an "outstanding" rating for the implementation of our safety plan.
Project Profile: U.S. Military Academy at West Point
JKC's project at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York consisted of the renovation and modernization of Scott Barracks, a 150,500 square-foot, eight-story, 478-bed barracks facility originally built in 1938. The project received an "exceptional" rating for safety, even with as many as 300 employees working at one time with zero lost-time accidents.
Project Profile: New Orleans Joint Air Traffic Control Tower & Base Facility
This project involved the construction of a 22,000 square-foot, seven-story facility that supports a joint-use operation, including the Navy Reserve, Marine Reserve, Coast Guard, and Louisiana Air National Guard. The project received an "exceptional" safety rating.
