Session focuses on increasing patient response and modifying patient behavior to improve the patient engagement experience

RevSpring’s VP of Patient Engagement Casey Williams will present at the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) of Ohio’s Autumn Institute in Columbus, Ohio, October 26 to 28.

HFMA’s Autumn Institute is a dual-chapter event for the southwestern and central Ohio regions. HFMA is “the nation’s leading personal membership organization for more than 33,000 financial management professionals employed by hospitals, long-term care facilities, public accounting and consulting firms and other healthcare-related organizations.”

As a leading company in patient engagement and payment technology, RevSpring will participate in this fall’s event. Williams has been asked to present a session entitled “Implementing Active Patient Engagement: What RCM Leaders Need to Know” on October 27 at The Grand Event Center.
