Twin Cities-based Health Dimensions Group Hosts Three-Day Event on the Future of Post-Acute Care

Twin Cities-based Health Dimensions Group (HDG) has announced its plans to host the seventh annual National Summit to address today’s healthcare challenges. The event will take place at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California, February 27 through March 1, 2017.

“As the industry continues to evolve, healthcare systems and care providers must find additional ways to appeal to consumer preference and deliver positive patient experiences,” said Sergei Shvetzoff, CEO of Health Dimensions Group. “Each year, the ideas, discussions and presentations that take place at the National Summit help drive the development of improved outcomes, particularly in the post-acute care sector.”

During the Summit, attendees will hear from HDG executive leadership and consultants, as well as leaders in the industry including Jake Arrastia, Avamere Health Services; John F. The three-day event will open on the afternoon of Monday, February 27, with a keynote address by renowned healthcare futurist, innovator and Senior Partner at Lassen Scientific, Inc., Nicholas J. Webb. Following Webb’s presentation, there will be a post-keynote panel focused on how clinical, business, economic and consumer models are displacing existing healthcare models.

On Tuesday, February 28, attendees may choose to attend either Leveraging the Value Proposition of Community Medicine and The Dynamics of Preferred Network Development or a second track, comprised of presentations titled Developing Your Consumer Driven Service Line and The Growing Role of Medicare Special Needs Plans. An additional, optional presentation titled Owning the Risk: A Journey into Value-Based Transformation will end the day. The conference concludes on Wednesday with three additional high-impact presentations.
