Northeast’s Largest Outpatient Private Physical Therapy Provider Acquires Kipnis Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, announces today the acquisition of Kipnis Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, adding three clinics in Secaucus, Cliffside Park, and Hackensack, New Jersey, and further extending its presence in Bergen and Hudson counties.

This latest transaction is Professional Physical Therapy’s third acquired company in New Jersey within two months. With the addition of three new clinics from Kipnis, Professional Physical Therapy now treats patients from a total of 106 locations, with 38 of the clinics located throughout nine major counties in the Garden State.
