White Apron Specialty Sandwich introduces seasonal specials, locally made all-natural ice cream, and hand spun milkshakes as added value options for its customers. Owner, Eduardo Bocock, and Director of Operations, David Lynch wanted to be able to offer customers new and exciting options that represent the quality and uniqueness the shop has built its reputation on. Some of the sandwich specials will be: Banh Mi of Pork Belly Braised with Raw Honey & White Pepper, Roasted Root Vegetable with Eggplant Jam & Frisee-Arugula, and an Argentine Style Dry-Rubbed Short Rib with a Caramelized Tomato & Onion Jam.
White Apron’s Ice Cream is locally made with hormone & rBST free dairy, all-natural extracts and flavorings, and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Limited flavors will be offered until spring 2017 when eight to ten flavors will be available.
