Salesforce Sales Cloud scored an impressive 95, with perfect scores in security and integrations, to top the ranking for another quarter

Salesforce Sales Cloud remained in first place in GetApp’s quarterly ranking of the top 25 sales management solutions, followed by Zoho CRM and InfusionSoft in second and third place, respectively.
The ranking provides an overview of the top sales management solutions and is designed for business owners and decision-makers that need advice when purchasing business software. The ranking is comprised of five criteria that are each worth 20 points, for a maximum possible score of 100. The five data points are: software integrations, security, mobile app availability for iOS and Android and related user ratings on the App and Play stores, user reviews, and media presence.
“Salesforce Sales Cloud scored an impressive 95, with perfect scores in security and integrations, to top the ranking for another quarter. Zoho CRM came in second place with a score of 81, thanks in part to strong showings in user reviews, integrations, and mobile app availability. Only two points separated third place Infusionsoft and fourth place HubSpot CRM, who finished with scores of 75 and 73, respectively. Pipedrive rounded out the top five with an overall score of 71,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager for GetApp’s Category Leader ranking.
