Zendesk remained in first place in GetApp’s quarterly Category Leader ranking of the top 25 customer service solutions, followed by LiveChat and Freshdesk in second and third place, respectively.
The ranking provides an at-a-glance look at the top customer service solutions and is aimed at decision-makers and business owners that need advice when purchasing business software. The ranking is comprised of five distinct data points that are each worth 20 points, for a maximum possible score of 100. The five data points include software integrations, security, user reviews, mobile app availability (iOS and Android) and user ratings on the App and Play stores, and media presence.
“It was a close race that featured a strong showing from the top four apps. Zendesk improved its first place position with perfect scores of 20 in integrations and mobile availability, with an overall score of 94. Livechat wasn’t far behind in second place with 87 points and a perfect score of 20 in user reviews. Freshdesk was close behind in third place with 85 points, and LiveAgent came in fourth with an overall score of 84 points,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager for GetApp’s Category Leader ranking.
