The Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF) announced the selection of its newest Master level scholarship partner, Protos Security. The Masters level partnership secures numerous certification course scholarships for distribution to retailers, universities and internal associates. It also enables Protos Security to provide LPF memberships to loss prevention practitioners.
“Protos Security is honored to be aligning our mission and passion with the Loss Prevention Foundation’s mission,” said Kris Vece, Director of Client Relations at Protos Security. “We believe in the value of investing in future generations of the loss prevention industry and supporting the Foundation by giving us this opportunity. As Protos Security continues to grow, we are excited to expand our partnership with the Foundation and expand our scholarship program.”
“Protos Security has a proven history of helping clients reduce their security guard costs and providing valuable data,” added Patrick Henderson, Vice President of Protos Security. “Through this partnership with The Loss Prevention Foundation, we are strengthening our commitment to bring business intelligence and education to the security guard industry. We are excited about increasing our support for LPF and its many industry initiatives.”
Headquartered in Daleville, VA, Protos Security is a nationwide security guard management company that is transforming the industry by bringing transparency, value and ROI to the security guard services at their clients’ locations. Through their proprietary software and management processes, Protos Security is providing critical data that will help retailers manage their security guard program better. LP Managers have the opportunity to observe and receive real-time information from their security guards.
“Our goal is to bring control to our clients through leadership, effective program management, and smart use of technology, ultimately bringing our clients the peace of mind they should expect,” stated Chris Copenhaver, president of Protos Security.
“We have been very pleased with our relationship with Protos Security since they became a Bachelor level partner last year,” said Frank Johns, LPC, chairman of The Loss Prevention Foundation. “Protos Security has demonstrated its sincere commitment to the loss prevention and asset protection industry by sponsoring the Foundation. Their increased level of investment is an illustration of Protos Security’s dedication to supporting LPF’s effort to further elevate the loss prevention-asset protection profession. Our scholarship partners are vital to continuing our mission of education through certification initiatives such as the LPQualified (LPQ) and LPCertified (LPC).”
