Honolulu, Hawaii (PRWEB) November 17, 2016
ElitePacific.com— Elite Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s highest volume luxury brokerage and vacation rental firm with offices on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, announced that Thomas Loratta and Tony L. Pinkert, two of Hawaii Island’s most respected and successful luxury market realtors, have joined Elite Pacific Properties.
Prior to joining Elite, both Tom and Tony were perennial top producing agents for Hualalai Resort, representing clients with high-end transactions at one of the world’s most distinguished addresses. They have formed Pinkert Loratta as a team brand within Elite Pacific Properties, and will continue to specialize in real estate sales at Hualalai Resort as well as the other most exclusive Kona-Kohala resort properties on Hawaii Island.
“Tom Loratta and Tony Pinkert have a combined 27 years of experience with Hualalai, so this is significant news,” said Margaret Reynolds, VP of Brokerage for Elite and past President of the West Hawaii Association of Realtors. “They are both highly respected and extremely well known for selling Kona-Kohala Coast luxury real estate. Their combined knowledge and experience with Hualalai property is unmatched.”
Prior to joining Elite, Tom served as Lead Sales Executive with Hualalai Realty for 17 years. While he has always ranked in the top tier for Hawaii real estate sales, for the past 6 years Tom has been one of the top 15 brokers in the state. This year he currently ranks number 3 among all real estate agents on Hawaii Island.
Tony’s 10 years as a Sales Executive at Hualalai were also extremely successful and, like Tom, he has been regularly rated as one of the top 100 agents in Hawaii by Hawaii Business Magazine. In the past 4 years alone, Tony sold more than $150 million in Hualalai Resort real estate.
So far in 2016, they have combined sales of more than $100 million in resort real estate. Together, they rank #1 in Hualalai Resort sales over the past several years.
“We were attracted to Elite Pacific Properties for a number of reasons,” says Tony. “Elite is the #1 Luxury Brokerage statewide in terms of volume. Their luxury brand, their strong company culture, and their incredible amount of service and support they provide to their agents is unlike any other firm in Hawaii, and we believe their extensive marketing outreach will benefit our clients more than ever.”
“They also employ the latest technology available in the real estate industry today and take great care of both their agents and clients. With such a progressive company, and now together as a team, we felt that we would be able to offer an even higher level of service to deliver unparalleled service to our clients,” Tom says.
“This is a very significant addition for us” said Paul Mayer, Managing Partner of Elite Pacific Properties. “Tom and Tony have a superb reputation and unrivaled experience and expertise at Hualalai Resort. They have a true commitment to excellent client service and their performance is a matter of record – they have already closed over $100 million in sales so far this year. Their combined extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Kohala Coast luxury market allows us to greatly expand our resort offerings throughout this area and beyond. We are very excited about this new addition to Elite and look forward to their future contributions.”
