BizLibrary, the leader in online employee training solutions, is excited to announce several new features to its LMS and Learning Portal technology. These LMS features, along with many other enhancements to existing functionality, bring higher efficiency and improved user experience to administrators’ and learners’ interactions with the training platform.

One of the new LMS features is the introduction of Libraries for administrators to manage content more efficiently. Libraries will allow admins to grant specific access and privileges to learners, giving them full control of how their content is managed.

A highly anticipated new feature for learners is the addition of My Playlist. This feature allows learners to bookmark content items and then find them all in one place, giving them the freedom to view elective content at a later time if needed.

Another important enhancement for learners is advanced search functionality. Global search enhancements provide faster and more efficient ways of finding content. Also, additional filtering in the Content Library refines views of content with the addition of Languages, Tags, and Release Year filters.

All of the features and enhancements included in this Fall 2016 Release make the BizLibrary LMS, Content Management, and Learning Portal solutions even more effective tools for improving employee training programs.
