Prior to joining SYNTASA, Searle worked as Head of Brand and Agency Sales for Celtra, Inc., leading the EMEA Brand and Agency sales team delivering cross-screen HTML5 creative technology for display and video advertising. Before working for Celtra, Searle was an Adobe Analytics Sales Specialist. As a subject matter expert, Searle evangelized the Adobe Analytics Platform across EMEA, continuously exceeding sales targets. While at Adobe, he was awarded the Worldwide Sales Conference Northern Europe Deal of the Year. Previously, he worked as a consultant to other web analytics and high technology companies in the EMEA market.
