Don Kellish, founder of Creative Materials, has assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Ryan Micklus has been promoted to President. Craig Lansley joins the executive team as Director of Client Services, and Jennifer Barbic as Director of Marketing. These changes were designed and implemented as a result of the company’s robust growth over the past three years and are in direct support of continued strategic initiatives.
Micklus originally joined the Creative Materials team in 2013 as Executive Vice President. “Ryan’s leadership, vision, energy and passion have been instrumental in achieving the success we have had over the past three years,” said Kellish. “But more importantly, the groundwork and momentum that has continued to build and accelerate under his leadership has us even more confident that the company is positioned for continued success for decades into the future.”
Micklus spent over seven years as a practicing attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and business and financial transactions. His experience helping to lead acquisitions and divestitures allows him to have unique insights into various growth strategies as well as best practices across a multitude of industries.
Lansley joined the Creative Materials team in 2015 as Client Services Manager and quickly demonstrated his alignment to Creative Materials’ core values of best-in-class customer service. Lansley’s committed approach, vast experience, and demonstrated value make him a powerful addition to the executive team.
Barbic was hired to the executive team in support of rapid market expansion. Barbic brings close to twenty years of demonstrated strategic marketing prowess. She has spearheaded numerous key strategic marketing initiatives focused on improving brand awareness, enhancing client experience, and driving inbound lead generation.
