AspireHR, an SAP partner, today announced the recent completion of an implementation of SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.
The client wanted to move to a unified, cloud-based HR system that would meet current and future HR/payroll needs while simplifying a complex and rapidly changing technical landscape. AspireHR was awarded the project due to its expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP Human Capital Management solutions, and ability to accommodate a hybrid integration.
The client required that key HR and payroll services move to the cloud, take into account unique existing processes running in SAP software, and integrate with Finance and Logistics. Leaving its core business processes on-premise, the client faced additional challenges due to the international nature of the business, several U.S. tax companies and multiple union requirements.
Using industry best practices throughout, AspireHR implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. This combination creates a single system and allows managers to access updated information as they need it. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will help HR to simplify structures and extend self-service capabilities to employees, thereby creating a friendly look and feel.
Using AspireHR accelerators, such as conversion tools to migrate history, parallel tools and various cloud tools to shorten the implementation timeline, the highly trained resources of AspireHR were able to meet the project’s aggressive timeline. AspireHR was able to create all integrations needed for system data migration and convert a full year of history for all active employees from the SAP ERP application.
