1. What has been the response since re branding the hotel to the Canary Riverside Plaza (it was formerly a Four Seasons property)?
The approach to the transition has been 'business as usual' which it truly is. The only notable changes are the signs above the door. All the operational staff remain and the level of service is still what the hotel prides itself on. The hotel has been extremely fortunate in that the existing clients have supported the transition and are very excited to be working with the Canary Riverside Plaza hotel as an independent Hotel moving forward.
2. What would one say are the main selling points of the hotel, what really makes this hotel stand out?
The service is a huge stand out when reviewing guest satisfaction scores. Again, it's something that the hotel has always prided itself on and will continue to focus on. Additionally another unique selling point is the hotel room sizes, with leading rooms starting at 37sqm. The hotel definitely has space on its side, include the sweeping views of the London skyline and River Thames and in addition the hotel has a number of great features as well.
3. What is there to do in the surrounding areas when one stays at the hotel?
Canary Wharf has some great shopping which is sadly overlooked and overshadowed by Central London's Oxford Street.
