Bulldog Lighting Proudly featuring American-Made Auto LED Lights at The 50th SEMA Show
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) November 01, 2016 -- Bulldog Lighting will be attending the 50th anniversary of The SEMA Show in Las Vegas during the first weekend of November. Specialty-equipment manufacturers in the automotive industry will head to Sin City for a weekend that will showcase the latest inventions to more than 140,000 industry leaders from around the world. Within the chaos of visitors from an expected 130 countries at The SEMA Show, Bulldog Lighting will represent America with their newest LED lighting solution: The Bulldog Claw.
Attendees at The SEMA Show who visit the Bulldog Lighting booth will have the opportunity to see the Claw in action, as well as many other LED lighting systems. The Bulldog Claw is Bulldog Lighting’s version of an extremely versatile accessory light. With the 3M adhesive mounts or hardware mount, the Claw can be placed almost anywhere, allowing owners to put light where it is needed.
Measuring in at 2"x1.5”, the Claw can fit in extremely tight spaces, and the housing allows the wiring to come out through the side of the housing or through the back with no additional parts necessary. The Claw also uses a track style wiring system, giving drivers the ability to add additional Claws to a vehicle by easily splicing them onto the existing wiring harness. Owners can add up to 20 Claws onto one wiring harness. They are also 100 percent waterproof with a rating of IP69K since they are completely sealed, which makes them perfect for marine applications or even applications where they are exposed to the elements.
The Claw isn’t the only important thing attendees can learn about Bulldog Lighting at The SEMA Show. In a place surrounded by international visitors and manufacturers, American citizens can relish in Bulldog’s American Pride.
“We are proud to say that all of our LED light bars are made in the United States,” said Dylan Sievers, Chief Executive Officer of Bulldog Lighting.
Sievers goes on to explain the variety of locations in the United States that come together and create the specialty lights.
The fixtures are designed and engineered in Bulldog Lighting’s corporate location in San Carlos, Calif., and built in the production location in Fort Worth, Texas.
Components for fixtures are sourced from many states using raw materials that come from this country. American workers across the country are employed at numerous factories that produce parts for the fixtures.
Aluminum heatsinks come from an extrusion company in Texas along with the aluminum die-cast parts. PCBs are cut in Illinois along with the custom screws. Final fabrication of the PCBs is done in California with the rubber extruded gasket. The reflectors are injection molded in Wisconsin, and the brackets are cut, bent, and powder coated in Utah.
“Our mission is to continually develop durable, affordable, and Made In USA lighting products that we can stand behind,” said Sievers. “Our superior customer service, extensive research and development, and quality control, allow us to be here to help you… our customers!”
