Plano, TX (PRWEB) November 05, 2016
North Texas’ top growing real estate firm JP and Associates Realtors (JPAR) shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, the nationally-recognized brokerage is bringing in yet another asset to be a part of the team: consultant and broker associate Shannon Ashkinos. As new JPAR Career Development Director, Ashkinos will contribute her 20 plus years of experience and knowledge to the expert-level management team.
Ashkinos will be filling the position left open by former Career Development Director Keisha York, who was promoted to Texas Regional Managing Broker. In this role, Ashkinos will be focusing on the career growth of both new and experienced realtors, which will further add to the company’s overall growth and success as a prolific brokerage.
“My focus will be on education and development for our realtors,” Ashkinos said. “I enjoy teaching and seeing improvement right before my eyes and how that translates to a company as a whole.”
Her goal, she said, is to drive and champion a nationwide training curriculum as the company expands across the US. More specifically, she will work to help people establish the best course of action for their situation, guiding them throughout the entire process so they won't feel quite so lost in the system. She will report directly to JPAR CEO and Owner JP Piccinini, also known as Plano’s Billion Dollar Man, according to Plano Profile Magazine.
“Shannon’s new role will ultimately drive productivity of our agents even higher as we strive to have a brokerage with the highest productivity per agent in the nation,” Piccinini said. “Her role will be critical to our expansion efforts and will provide tremendous support to our agents' careers.”
Ashkinos’ efforts do not end with JPAR. She also participates and volunteers time and energy teaching classes at the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors (GFWAR), serving on the board and various committees. In fact, she has put together technology classes and training for GFWAR, truly indulging in her evident passion for teaching and helping others achieve their real estate career goals. Ashkinos holds herself to the same high standards as JPAR.
“There are certain ethical standards one must maintain to sustain status as a Realtor,” Piccinini said. “Shannon even goes above and beyond these standards always putting client's needs first and working hard to help them achieve their goals.”
