The Odom Corporation Finalizes Refranchising from The Coca-Cola Company of Territories in the Hawaiian Islands
Honolulu, Hawaii (PRWEB) November 02, 2016 -- The Odom Corporation ("Odom") announced today that Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii, LLC, a subsidiary of Odom, has completed refranchising from the Coca-Cola Company the Hawaiian Island territories of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai and Molokai. This includes the acquisition of one bottling facility and five sales and distribution facilities.
The new territory increases Odom's workforce by 250 employees and its population served to a total of 13.6 million over five states. Odom has existing Coca-Cola franchise territory in Alaska. "Completing the refranchising of the Hawaii territories marks another significant milestone for The Odom Corporation," said Adam Hilpert, Chief Operating Officer.
