Honestly, I think the whole team was a little surprised to hear we had 72 enhancements released in just the third quarter. This simply supports our mantra of continuous product improvement for our clients and prospects.

One of eLogic Learning’s core values is “continuous improvement.” This comes in many forms but, most notably, this continuous improvement happens in the form of regular enhancements to eLogic’s award-winning eSSential learning management system (LMS).

In 2015, eLogic released a record-breaking 91 enhancements throughout the year. These enhancements ranged from checklist and competency management to LMS integrations as well as social learning and gamification to continuing education management. However, the company has now surpassed that number in just one quarter!

The first half of 2016 was dedicated to eLogic’s development and roll out of a new, modern user interface (UI), which was released in May. Since its release, the company has been hard at work on getting back to its regular enhancement releases and roadmap. In Q3 alone, eLogic released 72 new enhancements to the system. That’s right, 72. Ninety-one enhancements were released in 2015 and 72 have been released just in Q3. eLogic is confident they will end up delivering even more updates than last year once all Q4 enhancements have been released.

“Honestly, I think the whole team was a little surprised to hear we had 72 enhancements released in just the third quarter,” says Mark Anderson, CEO of eLogic Learning. “This simply supports our mantra of continuous product improvement for our clients and prospects."

These enhancements are created using an agile development process where system updates occur in small batches every 3-4 weeks at no cost to clients and are based on a combination of emerging industry trends and technology as well as client feedback.

It’s this client feedback that drove almost all 30 updates included in eLogic’s latest enhancement release. And clients are noticing…

“I just wanted to send a quick ‘thank-you’ to eLogic for including some of our suggestions in this update,” says Merrick Gulker, Corporate Training Coordinator at Mission Aviation Fellowship. “The new features will help us immensely going forward. We recognize all the work that went into this and appreciate eLogic’s responsiveness to our suggestions.”

There are many more client-requested and strategic product development enhancements in the pipeline and eLogic is motivated to release these in the eSSential LMS.
