SESLOC Federal Credit Union (SESLOC) has been awarded their second “Award for Workplace Excellence” by Peter Barron Stark Companies (PBS) based on the results of their 2016 employee opinion survey. The survey, originally conducted in 2015, measured employee engagement and job satisfaction.

SESLOC Federal Credit Union (SESLOC) has been awarded their second “Award for Workplace Excellence” by Peter Barron Stark Companies (PBS) based on the results of their 2016 employee opinion survey. The survey, originally conducted in 2015, measured employee engagement and job satisfaction. SESLOC’s 2016 survey had an overall satisfaction score of 89.7%, a significant increase of 8.1 percentage points from the 2015 survey which was also above benchmark levels. Organizations must achieve an overall favorable response exceeding 80% to achieve this award.

SESLOC results were compared to those of over 300 well-known businesses throughout the United States (including financial institutions) and the responses of more than 100,000 employees. SESLOC had a 97% response rate from its 139 employees who answered 100 survey questions that covered topics such as work environment, clarity of purpose and goals, communication, ability to take action, commitment to quality and service, motivation, training and compensation.
