SEATTLE (PRWEB) November 03, 2016 -- The 2017-Model Seattle International Auto Show drives into the CenturyLink Field Event Center on Thursday, Nov.10 and runs through Sunday, Nov.13, 2016. This annual event offers consumers the chance to compare hundreds of new vehicles side by side, all under one roof, in a non-selling environment. ArtCars4Kids
Eleven popular local artists have unleashed their imagination and talent to transform 15 traditional pedal cars into one-of-a-kind works of art. The ArtCars4Kids project takes the idea of a shiny paint job to a whole new level with the mini-cars serving as the artists’ ‘canvas’ for imaginative, unique designs.
Although the cars have already been – or some will be – auctioned at Seattle Children’s Home fundraisers, online, and at other upcoming events, all will be on display at the show. Through the magic of technology, visitors to the show will have an opportunity to get a free caricature of themselves in their favorite pedal car as a souvenir. Additionally, Ryan Henry Ward, Seattle’s most prolific muralist, will be onsite painting one of the cars on Saturday, 10 a.m.- noon.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, two IAV (Interim Armored Vehicle) Stryker armored fighting vehicles will be on display, courtesy of Joint Base Lewis-McChord. On display Friday Nov.11 only.
