Stromberg has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has been a certified yoga instructor for children since 2010. She has dedicated herself to teaching yoga, nutrition, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit to kids. That passion for teaching led her to create "Yoga Monkey Kids" and the family of characters that support her perspective, philosophy, and techniques.
