HA&W Acquires Retirement Plan Services Company
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) November 09, 2016 -- HA&W, the largest Georgia-headquartered tax, accounting and business consulting firm, announced today that its affiliate, HA&W Benefit Advisors, LLC, has acquired Retirement Plan Services Company (RPSC) effective Nov. 1, 2016.
RPSC has served the pension and retirement planning needs of small to mid-sized companies in the Atlanta market for over two decades by taking a straightforward approach to employee benefit plan design and administration. Tim Baker, president and CEO of RPSC, will join HA&W Benefit Advisors as director of retirement plan operations. The acquisition of RPSC will provide a broader depth of retirement planning expertise to HA&W’s Benefit Advisors practice.
