The admin plan covers IT help desk requests, emergency break-fixes, training, tutorials, migrations, upgrades, patching, backups, restores, consulting, and projects. The database plan includes everything in the admin plan, plus Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL support, DBA performance tuning, database upgrades, migrations, and high-availability. The developer plan includes everything in the database plan, plus software/app source code, analysis, algorithms, debugging, maintenance, secure code review, and Team Foundation Server. The security plan includes everything in the developer plan, plus cybersecurity, secure cloud, encryption, advance malware protection, and a 24/7 Incident Response Team.
Absolute Support® is a subscription service that includes unlimited use, so the cost is a fixed rate.
