bLoyal Releases Version 4 of its Real-Time Loyalty Platform on Microsoft Azure

bLoyal released its omnichannel loyalty platform on Microsoft Azure. With multiple new features, it is powering over $1.2 billion dollars in annual retail sales.

Version 4 of bLoyal's Loyalty Enabled Marketing Platform with Microsoft Azure

Retailers using bLoyal have added 12 million consumers to their programs, processing 3.5 million sales transactions a month representing over $1.2 billion dollars in sales a year.

bLoyal released Version 4 of its real-time omnichannel loyalty system today. This release is focused on scale to serve bLoyal’s growing client base. The bLoyal cloud solution now runs on Microsoft Azure and has a fully revamped loyalty engine with many new features and capabilities.

bLoyal currently serves clients across many industries including apparel, wine, pet stores, and health and wellness in 14 countries around the world. Retailers using bLoyal have added 12 million consumers to their programs, processing 3.5 million sales transactions a month representing over $1.2 billion dollars in sales a year. Clients with successful loyalty programs have an average participation rate of over 60 percent and an average ticket uplift of 40 percent.

At the heart of the new design there are loyalty, order processing, and engagement engines. Clients are now able to benefit from bLoyal´s simple and dynamic sign-up options and instant rewards to facilitate the growth of their loyal customer bases. They can also design personalized engagement options with targeted loyalty incentives to nurture customer relationships online, in-store or on the go. Managers also get robust reporting capabilities and customizable loyalty dashboards with Microsoft Power BI to optimize their loyalty programs.
