Settlers Life Announces Leadership Promotions
Bristol, VA (PRWEB) November 10, 2016 -- Josh Dixon, formerly the Marketing Services Director, has accepted the Director of Telesales Operations position. In his new role, Josh will be responsible for the operations related to Settlers Life’s ExpressApp sales process and the internal Telesales Team. “Our new ExpressApp is a way for Settlers Life agents to complete and submit business entirely over the phone. Business is processed faster, which is a win for the company, the agent and the client,” commented Steve Bontell, Settlers Life’s Chief Marketing Officer. “As a former agent, Josh has the experience and expertise required to ensure the ExpressApp is an immediate success.”
Amy Smith accepted the position of Director of Marketing. Smith will maintain her prior duties from her role as Marketing Communications Director and will also be responsible for marketing operations, sales support staff and initiating solutions that stimulate success with Settlers Life’s 6,500 partner agents and agencies.
Evan Monahan was promoted to the Agent Performance Manager position. Monahan will monitor and evaluate the quality & performance of Settlers Life agent partners to drive improvements in quality and business practices.
