Tee up! Paramount Disaster Recovery, LLC is a Hole Sponsor at the 4th Annual Golf Outing and Luncheon Hosted by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in Orlando
Orlando, Fla. (PRWEB) November 14, 2016 -- Paramount Disaster Recovery, LLC (PDR) was the hole sponsor at the 4th Annual Golf Outing and Luncheon held at Dubsdread Golf Course & Catering at 549 West Par Street, Orlando, Fla. The event was hosted by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) on November 3rd, and all proceeds went to the NFFF to help families of fallen firefighters. The NFFF provides travel, lodging, and meals for immediate survivors of fallen firefighters being honored. This allows survivors to participate in “Family Day” sessions conducted by trained grief counselors and in the private and public tributes.
The NFFF is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to honoring fallen firefighters and provide resources to assist their survivors in rebuilding their lives. The NFFF also works within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries. The NFFF held their first golf tournament in 2004. Now in its 12th year, the golf tournament has grown to include nearly 30 regional golf tournaments held across the country. These tournaments help the NFFF continue to support the families and co-workers of fallen firefighters.
“We are extremely honored to help the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. After a death, the family of the fallen firefighter are given a place to turn to and help with their grief with the NFFF. It is a privilege for Paramount Disaster Recovery to help these individuals during times of crisis, allowing them to recover with the help and support of the NFFF,” says Mike Duenser, Head of Operations, Kissimmee.
Paramount Disaster Recovery, LLC (PDR) provides comprehensive recovery services to homeowners and businesses including restoration, remodeling, business contingency planning, storm damage repairs including fire, water, flood, and storm damage repairs, maintenance, and routine inspections.
Through the Firefighter Life Safety Summit held in 2004, the NFFF has created 16 firefighter life safety initiatives as a part of the NFFF's national program to prevent firefighter deaths. The program entitled "Everyone Goes Home" is being implemented throughout the country as part of the core mission of the NFFF in cooperation with the U.S. Fire Administration to reduce firefighter death nationwide.
