For me OpenEye has always been about enjoying what you do and never looking at it as a job. It’s been about sharing moments with my friends and building something that we can all enjoy and feel proud about.

OpenEye Global (OEG), a customer experience design agency integrating digital into the physical space has recently just won a SmartCEO Culture Award. Direct off of their latest brand activation release of the Ghostbusters Experience inside Madame Tussaud's, NYC, this boutique agency, which has no office and promotes the fact that their employees (12 total) are in 7 states and 2 countries, is also celebrating their 15th year of operation.
CEO & Founder Bryan Meszaros says,”winning this award is an amazing honor, not just for me but for everyone who is part of OpenEye. Our culture is unique in that everyone plays a role in defining it. I carefully assembled a team that shares that same sense of adventure and vision to be different and this award honors that idea of creating more than just an agency, but a family."
More than 200 executives and decision-makers attended the high-energy celebration to honor the 2016 Corporate Culture Awards winners and their achievements. The evening kicked off with a high-energy networking reception, complete with fun activities including pool, ping-pong, cornhole and foosball. The video-packed awards presentation celebrated New Jersey’s top company cultures for fostering a creative, collaborative workplace that has helped them enhance employee performance and sustain a competitive advantage in the market.
"For us being an agency of 'digital nomads' and “agency renegades,” winning this award solidifies the position we took as a collective group years ago. We decided that we no longer wanted to live the agency grind and that our personal lifestyle was meant to incorporate into our business," says Steven Picanza, Director of Marketing for OpenEye Global.
