Human resources departments have some of the most complex paper processes in organizations today. Chris’s story is a powerful example of how our software drastically reduces the pain.

eFileCabinet user, Chris Beebe, received AIIM’s 2016 World Paper Free Day Paper Free Hero Award.
On November 4, the AIIM community joined together for a live virtual event focused on switching off printers, working smarter, decreasing paper entry points and improving organizational processes—all byproducts of a paperless work environment.
After Beebe shared how he used eFileCabinet to go paperless, webinar viewers voted his paperless story and tidbits as the conference’s most valuable. As part of his new Paper Free Hero title, Beebe will present again at one of AIIM’s future conferences about paperless offices.
“eFileCabinet makes finding files so fast it’s ridiculous,” says Beebe. “In just 10 seconds I can find any file I’m looking for, compared to about a minute in a traditional paper filing system. The time savings afforded by eFileCabinet technology is unreal.”
As the Director of Human Resources and Education at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, West Virginia, Beebe oversees a 1,200-employee hospital, the largest provider of services in its southern West Virginia region. Beebe led the paperless transition effort of the human resources and education departments, which generated space savings and simplified accreditation auditing.
“Human resources departments have some of the most complex paper processes in organizations today,” said eFileCabinet CEO, Jesse Wood. “Chris’s story is a powerful example of how our software drastically reduces the pain of manually processing these corporate and personnel documents.”
