The Wise Marketer announces an expansion of The Loyalty Academy™, the first ever professional education program for loyalty marketing professionals. The Loyalty Academy™ offers a full curriculum leading to accreditation in the loyalty field as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ (CLMP).

Mike Capizzi, a Customer Strategy Network Member and 43-year veteran of the Marketing Services industry, has been appointed the Director of Education for the Loyalty Academy. Mike carries deep knowledge of the Loyalty Marketing space and is a globally recognized educator, speaker and author in the loyalty arena.

Explaining the important role of The Loyalty Academy™ in charting the future course of the Loyalty Marketing industry, Mike shared, "The single biggest challenge facing the industry today is a lack of understanding facing the people and brands responsible for creating and operating best customer initiatives. The focus of The Loyalty Academy™ is to institutionalize the critical thinking and best practices of a 35-year-old marketing discipline to enable today’s generation of loyalty marketers to grow and continue to succeed."
