McCaffrey Homes Donates Furnishings from Their Stunning Model Homes to Support Catholic Charities, Diocese of Fresno
(PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- McCaffrey Homes, a leading, third-generation family homebuilder based in Fresno, California, has donated two truckloads of beautiful model home furnishings to Catholic Charities of Fresno. This leading non-profit organization supports many important programs and services throughout the greater Fresno area.
All of the donated items — including furniture, pictures, accessories and decorative items — were previously on display in McCaffrey Homes’ model homes in the Liberty Square neighborhood in northwest Fresno. Although that community is now sold out, the community’s model homes are for sale and McCaffrey Homes continues to build new homes in other desirable locations throughout the area.
A vast array of exquisite furnishings will be available for sale — including sofas, coffee tables, bedroom furniture, dining room tables and chairs, occasional chairs, lamps, bedding, accessories, artwork and more. New owners will enjoy them for years to come and the proceeds from the sale will support important programs and services that Catholic Charities delivers in the Fresno area.
“On behalf of everyone at Catholic Charities and the local families and people in need that we assist, I can’t thank McCaffrey Homes enough for their continued support,” said Kelly Lilles, executive director of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Fresno.
“When I saw all of the amazing furniture that McCaffrey Homes donated to our Thrift Store, I couldn’t believe my eyes” added Lilles. “This is a huge blessing for us and the people who come to us for services. All of us thank the McCaffrey family and their wonderful team at McCaffrey Homes for being one of our very valued partners in this amazing community.”
“Each element of these model homes was chosen with great care and attention to detail by our award-winning model home design team,” said Brent McCaffrey, president of McCaffrey Homes.
“As a local homebuilder in the Fresno/Madera region, McCaffrey Homes has a legacy of giving back and is happy to be able to donate the furnishings before the holiday season to help Catholic Charities and support the good work they do within our community,” McCaffrey added.
McCaffrey Homes previously donated model home furniture from its Heights at Loma Vista neighborhood in Clovis to Catholic Charities. The builder is also a sponsor of Catholic Charities 2016 Annual Turkey Drive, which will provide turkeys and meal boxes for Thanksgiving to more than 1,000 local families in need.
