Motista’s Alan Zorfas and Dan Leemon to Show How Emotional Connection Accurately Predicts Profitable Growth

Motista enables businesses to accelerate growth by activating Emotional Connection.

I’ll show some actual case studies of how companies across multiple industries leveraged this powerful metric and empowered executives to lean-in on emotion to impact the bottom line.

Motista, the leader in predictive intelligence for Emotional Connection, announced that Alan Zorfas and Dan Leemon will share insights into accelerating growth at two landmark events. Motista co-founder Alan Zorfas will offer a discussion on “Emotion: The Top Line” on November 15 at the IIeXForums in Chicago; and Senior Executive Advisor Dan Leemon will discuss how CSOs are using the Emotional Connection metric at the Chief Strategy Officer Summit in New York on December 5.

The IIeXForums brings together marketers and market researchers for the “Forum on Nonconscious Consumers: How we understand, measure and drive their behavior,” a two-day event to help attendees better understand, measure, and predict consumer behavior. In his November 15 presentation, Zorfas looks towards the late Steve Jobs, who had a deep and instinctual understanding of emotional connection that led to Apple’s phenomenal growth. During this session, Zorfas will discuss how other leaders can drive organic growth through the same insights.

“Companies can’t wait for the next Steve Jobs to come along, and they don’t need to,” said Zorfas. “What Jobs knew instinctually can be accomplished by understanding and leveraging the emotional connection consumers have with their brands. This year at IIeXForums, I’ll show some actual case studies of how companies across multiple industries leveraged this powerful metric and empowered executives to lean-in on emotion to impact the bottom line.”

This year’s Chief Strategy Officer Summit, presented by The Innovation Enterprise, brings together leaders for a discussion on how to “Create and Implement a Reactive Strategy to remain Agile to Market Changes.” During this two-day event, topics that matter most to today’s strategy leaders will include interactive panels and topics that are most relevant to innovation and success. Leemon’s 12:00 session, to be held on December 5, will focus on “Emotional Connection: A Predictive Metric for CSOs.” During his talk, Leemon will discuss how CSOs are accelerating growth by measuring and prioritizing emotional connection.

“Emotional connection can now be quantified, and the metrics can now accurately predict profitable growth across multiple industries,” said Leemon. “During my talk, I will show how this emotional connection can be used to predict profitable growth, and will cover some of the best practices for measuring emotional connection as a KPI.”
