Vertafore Announces New Sircon Solution for Securities Firms

The announcement was made at the FINRA Small Firm Conference and aims to give registrants early access to a feature called Outside Business Activity (OBA) Disclosure Management before the feature launches in 2017. The early access will be free for 30 days after customers register for the program.
Sircon OBA Disclosure Management will allow compliance supervisors/analysts to:
• Encourage advisors to disclose outside activities with a paperless, online entry workflow.
• Reject or approve advisor submissions electronically.
• Track and manage each step of the process with oversight tools.
Securities firms may gain early access to Sircon OBA Disclosure Management by registering for the release queue at http://www.sircon.com/EarlyAccess. Early access customers will receive their first year of Sircon OBA Disclosure Management for a discounted monthly subscription and also receive their first month free.
