WINGS Foundation approved by Swiss Authority ahead of Donation Crowdfunding to start on November 18th
ZUG, CH (PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- WINGS Foundation (https://wings.ai), a decentralized platform to create, join and manage decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO), has received official notification of approval from the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zug to commence activities with a mandate to promote developments, support and maintenance of new technologies and applications, especially in the fields of new open and decentralized software architectures. A dominating but not exclusive focus of the WINGS Foundation is the promotion of the development of the WINGS and the related technology as well as the promotion and support of applications using WINGS.
Additionally, WINGS is announcing an ongoing engagement with MME Legal | Tax | Compliance (http://www.mme.ch) an innovative consulting firm based in Zurich in order to navigate complex legal, tax and compliance issues related to the foundation’s mandate.
