Sharon Kleyne Shares Winter Dry Eye Relief on Radio Show
Grants Pass, OR (PRWEB) November 17, 2016 -- Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on Voice of America, recently discussed on air the prevailing threat of dry eye disease, especially in winter, and suggested steps one can take to find relief.
“The winter season is imminent,” said Sharon Kleyne, “and with it comes a lot more than holidays and endless shopping.” Kleyne warned that incidents of dry eye disease can spike during winter months because interior heat and intense outdoor cold dehydrate the tear film lens of the eye due to excessive water vapor evaporation. The result, Kleyne explained, are an attack of the symptoms of dry eye disease—redness, swelling, blurred vision, itchiness, headaches—and more serious dry eye consequences—cataracts, glaucoma, migraines, allergies and even blindness. “Will you,” Kleyne asked her listeners, “be ready for this?”
Sharon Kleyne pointed out the reasons for dry eye disease’s millions of global sufferers. “The tear film of our eyes,” she said, “is 99% water, and that lens must cope with dirt, dust, the polluted atmosphere, television, computers, wind, anxiety, heat, cold and lack of sleep. No wonder dry eye is running rampant throughout the world!”
Sharon Kleyne, America’s leading water research technology expert, has taught millions about earth’s water vapor (we cannot breathe without it) and the body’s water vapor (if we dry out too much, we die). The eye is equally vulnerable, and its lens needs to be supplemented several times a day. May people use saline solution eye drops, but administering these drops can be uncomfortable. They can sting, and they can blur the vision. In addition, they do not supplement, or replace, water that has been lost from the tear film due to evaporation. Instead, saline eye drops trap water. They do nothing to replenish water, and without replenished water, the dry eye condition persists and eventually worsens.
There is only one effective supplement for dry eye disease on the market, and it was created by the water research company Kleyne founded, Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®. In its research center, Sharon Kleyne discovered a new water technology that replenishes the compromised tear film of the eye with pure water and no chemicals or additives. ”Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® for dry, dehydrated eyes,” said Kleyne, “is still the only Trade Secret tissue culture grade water in the world to supplement over-evaporation of the eye’s tear film and checkmate dry eye disease on the planet,” said Kleyne.
Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is applied to the eyes by a personal hand-held humidifying device emitting a pure, pH balanced, 100% water micron mist for dry eyes. The product is endorsed by more than 22,000 ophthalmologists and optometrists nationwide and was successfully test-marketed in more than 70,000 outlets.
“Our eyes take a beating,” said Sharon Kleyne, “But with Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, we can take the nasty bark out of winter dry eye disease.”
