We worked closely with YourMembership to define requirements for the integration and build the necessary modules to transfer data in real time. The integration is going to ensure we have the most accurate agent data and validated credentials.

YourMembership (YM), a leading cloud-based software provider for associations and member-based organizations worldwide, today announced that the company has integrated its association management platform with the National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS). This integration allows YourMembership's REALTOR® association customers to validate REALTOR® credentials and keep agent data in sync with the NRDS, allowing for better management of member data records at all levels of the association and reducing manual steps associated with importing and exporting data.

The Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR)—based in Westford, Mass. (northwest of Boston)—is the first such REALTOR® organization to launch YourMembership’s association management solution (AMS) with the API integration to the NDRS. NEAR, which has more than 1,500 REALTOR® members and 200 business partners across more than 50 cities and towns from Lowell, Mass. to Lawrence, Mass., and southern New Hampshire, began seeking a new customer relationship management (CRM) and AMS earlier this year.

“We really wanted to use YourMembership's solution, but having an API integration with NRDS was a requirement for us to move forward," said Maria Brogan, CEO of Northeast Association of REALTORS®. “During the past few months, we worked closely with YourMembership to define requirements for the integration and build the necessary modules to transfer data in real time. The integration is going to ensure we have the most accurate agent data and validated credentials with our National REALTORS® database."

“This integration reflects our continuing commitment to reduce business process inefficiencies and software integration challenges,” said JP Guilbault, president and CEO of YourMembership. “Today’s REALTOR® associations seek the benefits of real-time data synchronization with the NRDS. We are pleased that this REALTOR® profile management experience via the YourMembership AMS reduces duplicate entry and simplifies database record management for NEAR, as well as the many REALTOR® associations on the YM platform.”

The National REALTOR® Database System was designed and implemented by a group of association executives from state and local realtor associations serving on the NRDS Standards Board.
