Back Pain Centers Of America Announces David Secrest Has Been Promoted to Senior Vice-President, Media and Operations
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) November 29, 2016 -- Back Pain Centers of America (BPC), which connects people searching for solutions to their neck and back pain with a reputable physician in their area, announces that David Secrest has been promoted to Senior Vice-President, Media and Operations in November. Formerly, Secrest was Vice-President of the company’s operations.
“We are delighted to promote David into this position,” said Brent Wheeler, President of Back Pain Centers of America. “The company has grown sixty-two percent from 2015 to 2016, thus far, and we need to expand our operational team to keep up with the growth of new orthopedic and pain management practices entering our network. David has shown an ability to keep overhead costs down while efficiently increasing production in analytics, call center operations, and infrastructure so that we can keep our prices low for practices entering our network. We want to continue this trend in 2017.”
Secrest joined the company in October of 2011. Prior to Back Pain Centers of America, David spent ten years leading patient and customer acquisition campaigns in the verticals of Health, Home, and Web Services. David has worked across multiple highly regulated and complex markets for clients such as CIGNA, AvMed, Clarian Health Plans and Laser Spine Institute. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
“Back Pain Centers of America’s growth over the last twelve months has disrupted traditional advertising models,” said Secrest. “We continue to leverage and build upon our proprietary technology to so we can offer members of our network the highest level of service and reliability. Hospitals and practices that want to gain visibility to more patients and value the protection of sensitive, private patient health information look to us to supplement their growth in a more affordable way than they could do on their own. Keeping healthcare costs down while providing quality service is paramount in today’s healthcare environment. I look forward to continuing that trend in 2017.”
