LoyaltyLion, the loyalty programme provider for over 500 brands worldwide, has announced a new partnership with the global rating & reviews company, Feefo.

With so many customer touchpoints now available through loyalty programmes, it is critical that retailers can harness genuine feedback to improve on their products and service.

Commenting on the partnership, Andrew Mabbutt, CEO of Feefo said, “I’m extremely pleased that we’ve partnered with LoyaltyLion. Both Feefo and LoyaltyLion work with retailers to engage with their customers and reward them for their continued trust. LoyaltyLion, who won the Most Innovative Adaptive Marketing Company award at Retail Recharged 2015, plan to collaborate with Feefo on events, webinars and content.
