New York, New York (PRWEB) December 06, 2016 -- Americana/ Rock singer-songwriter Rabbi Steven Blane will perform a Facebook concert with songs of faith, love, and doubt from his new album "I Confess."
The event, which will take place on Sunday December 11, 2016, will be performed with Blane and his band before a group of faithful fans. It will be streamed live on Facebook at 4:00pm EST at https://www.facebook.com/steven.blane. The band will sing all the songs from "I Confess,” which will be released the same day on iTunes and Amazon. The album, for which Blane wrote the original music and lyrics, was recorded and produced at Dark Horse Studios in Nashville by famed Christian Country music performer and producer Billy Smiley.
Says Smiley, “I Love the energy of this guy! Don't miss checking out his music if you like The Traveling Wilburys, Johnny Cash, Billy Joel, and Roy Orbison!”
The lyrics speak to Blane's personal journey from songwriter to audio producer, to cantor and rabbi, to coming full circle back to songwriter.
Blane writes, sings, plays guitar, ukulele, and piano on the album with featured Nashville musicians, Steve Brewster on drums, Danny O'Lannerghty on bass, Brennan Smiley on guitar, James Westfall vibes, Josh Matheny on dobro and steel guitar, and guest vocalist Rachel Horter.
The concert will be streamed the same way Rabbi Blane delivers his Sim Shalom services online.
