Bravo Pawn Systems Names Tally Mack as Next CEO – Steve Mack To Become Chairman, Effective November 21, 2016
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) November 21, 2016 -- Bravo Pawn Systems, the innovative leader in pawn industry software, today announced that Tally Mack has been selected as Chief Executive Office effective November 21, 2016. Steve Mack, Bravo’s co-founder and former CEO, will serve as Chairman of Bravo.
“I have been in search of a leader for the last 2 years. As I have searched to find our next leader, Tally has taken on every challenge and opportunity,” said Bravo Chairman Steve Mack. “With her undergraduate work at the University of Colorado, the law degree from DePaul University in Chicago, and the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, the well-roundedness of her skills, intelligence, and temperament are aligned in what is needed to take Bravo forward.
“For those that know me, this is the time for me to move on and pass the baton. I have been in a place up to this time where my strengths have been exercised and the next phase for Bravo needs to move forward. Bravo is in hyper-drive,” explains Steve Mack.
Tally Mack, a fifth-generation pawnbroker, began working for Bravo during law school. She most recently served as Bravo’s Vice President of Business Development, leading the company’s sales and marketing organization. She has helped lead and execute many of the company’s strategy shifts, including the May acquisition of an industry leading pawn software, CompuPawn.
“I’m incredibly excited to be Bravo’s next CEO. It is a privilege to continue in my father’s footsteps delivering high quality services and innovative software to an industry that I am so passionate about,” said Tally Mack. “At a time when our industry faces increasing regulatory pressure and more disruption than ever, I couldn’t be more honored to lead this amazing company.”
Another big message comes from this announcement. Bravo is alive, well, and plans to be around for a long time.
Steve Mack will remain involved in the company as Chairman of Bravo. He will continue to work with Kelly York and Mike Wishart in a consultative role in development.
“I have promoted dozens of colleagues over my business career. There is nothing better as manager or leader than promoting your colleagues and co-workers. This one, as you might imagine, is extra special. It’s a proud day for me,” Steve concluded.
